انسانی صحت اور اس کی اہمیت

قدرت کاملہ نے اپنی نوازشات ، عنایات اور فیوض و برکات کی انتہا کرتے ہوئے انسان کو اشرف المخلوقات کے منصب جلیلہ پر فائز کیا۔ اور اسے زندگی کی ہر وہ نعمت عطاء فرمائی جو اسے اپنے اعلیٰ و ارفع مقام کی بقاء کیلئے ضروری تھی۔

حضرت انسان کیلئے جہاں کھانے پینے ، پہننے اوڑھنے اور گھومنے پھرنے کیلئے قدم قدم پر نعمتیں اور سہولتیں دستیاب ہیں۔ وہاں سب سے بڑی نعمت بدن انسانی کی مکمل صحت بھی ہے۔ اگر صحت کا توازن بگڑ جائے تو دنیا کی کسی بھی چیز میں دل نہیں لگتا۔ نہ باغ بہاری اچھی لگتی ہے۔ اور نہ گل ولالہ کی شوخیاں دل کو بھاتی ہیں۔ بارش کا رومان پرور موسم بھی سوہان روح لگنے لگتا ہے۔ اور دسمبر کی معتدل چپکدار دھوپ بھی دل کو تمازت نہیں دے پاتی۔ دن کی گہما گہمی ، شور لگنے لگتی ہے۔ اور رات کا سکون کسی قبرستان کا منظر دکھائی دینے لگتا ہے۔ جان سے عزیز وہ رشتہ دار جن سے ملنے کی امنگ ہر آن رہتی ہے۔ ایسی صورت میں ان کی موجودگی بھی گراں گزرنے لگتی ہے۔ اس کے برعکس صحت و تندرستی کے زیور سے آراستہ انسان مشکل سے مشکل وقت کو بھی خندہ پیشانی سے گزارنے کا ہنر جانتا ہے۔ وہ قدرت کی حسین صناعی کو دیکھ کر اس کی خوبصورتی کے گیت گاتا ہے۔ معمولی بات میں بھی خوشی تلاش کر لیتا ہے۔ چھوٹی موٹی فکر و پریشانی کو وہ یوں جھٹک دیتا ہے۔ جیسے سر پر پریشانی نہیں بلکہ کوئی ناپسندیدہ کیٹرا مکوڑا بیٹھ گیا ہو۔ دوستوں ، عزیزوں اور دیگر پیاروں کی محفل سے لطف کشید کرتا ہے۔ اور صحت کی حالت میں خشک روٹی کو بھی تر نوالہ سمجھ کر نگل جاتا ہے۔ معاشرتی تنظیم کا ایک آلہ کار بن کر وہ نہ صرف اپنے بلکہ اپنے معاشرہ کے دیگر افراد کے لئے بھی رزق روٹی کا ذریعہ بن جاتا ہے۔ غذا و خوراک بود و باش ، رہن سہن ، رسوم و رواج اور خودی کے تمام تقاضوں کو پورا کرنے کے قابل ہو جاتا ہے۔ ثابت ہوا کہ صحت و تندرستی کے بارے میں آج سے ڈیڑھ پونے دو سو سال پہلے لکھا گیا یہ مصرعہ آج بھی اسی طرح حقیقت پر مبنی ہے۔ کہ تندرستی ہزار نعمت ہے۔ کیونکہ یہ وہ نعمت ہے۔ جس کے ہوتے ہوئے انسان ہر نعمت سے مستفید ہو سکتا ہے۔ صحت نہ ہو تو کوئی نعمت بھی مزہ نہیں دیتی۔

And gave him all the blessings of life which he needed for the survival of his high position. Every step of the way blessings and facilities are available for human beings to eat, drink, wear and move around. The greatest blessing there is the complete health of the human body. If the balance of health is disturbed, nothing in the world takes heart. Neither garden looks good. And not Gulwalala’s jokes please the heart. Even the romantic season of rain seems to be soothing. And even the mild sticky sun of December can’t heal the heart. As the day wears on, it starts to get noisy. And the calm of the night looks like a graveyard. Those relatives who are dear to the soul, whom the desire to meet is always there. In such a case, their presence also begins to fade. On the contrary, a person who is endowed with the jewel of health and well-being knows the skill of going through difficult times with a smile on his face. He sees the beauty of nature and sings about its beauty. He finds happiness in the smallest things. This is how he shakes off small worries and worries. As if there is not a problem on the head, but an unwanted catarrh. Enjoys the company of friends, loved ones and other loved ones. And in the state of health, even dry bread is swallowed as a snack. By becoming an instrument of social organization he becomes a source of sustenance not only for himself but also for other members of his society. Food becomes able to fulfill all the requirements of living, living, customs and self. It has been proven that this verse written about health and wellness, written one and a half to two hundred years ago, is still based on reality. That health is a thousand blessings. Because this is the blessing. Through which man can benefit from every blessing. If there is no health, no blessing will bring joy.
